The MEPCON 2025 Organizing Committee announces that final (camera-ready) paper submission is now open. All accepted papers must be re-submitted in their final form no later than November 30, 2025 using the official Camera-Ready Submission Form.

To ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, authors must complete all required steps, including:

1. Camera-Ready Paper Preparation

• Format the paper strictly according to IEEE Xplore® requirements.

• Apply all reviewer comments.

• Use the official IEEE Word or LaTeX templates.

• Validate the final PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress™.

2. IEEE Copyright Form

An email containing the IEEE eCopyright link will be sent to each corresponding author.
Authors must complete the form, download the signed PDF, and upload it through the Camera-Ready Submission Form.

3. Required Uploaded Files

Authors must submit the following files, named with their paper ID:

• ID1234_CameraReady.pdf

• ID1234_Copyright.pdf

• ID1234_CameraReady.doc

Only papers that are presented during the conference (onsite or online) will be forwarded to IEEE Xplore®.
