Dear MEPCON 2025 Authors and Presenters,

We kindly ask all presenters to submit their PowerPoint presentation slides in preparation for their scheduled conference sessions.

Presentation Guidelines

• Each paper is allocated 15 minutes for presentation.

• Please limit your presentation to approximately 15 slides to allow time for discussion.

• Online (remote) presenters are required to upload a pre-recorded presentation video:

  • The video will serve as a backup only in case of internet or technical issues.

  • Online presenters must still attend the live session and actively participate in the Q&A.

Submission Deadline

• All PowerPoint presentations and recorded videos must be submitted by 19 December 2025.
